For example, the Light Aircraft Manufacturers Association Europe (LAMA-EU) was founded by 33 leading European light aircraft manufacturers at AERO 2010. In the frame of AERO CONFERENCES aviation specialists and connoisseurs of the industry will present and discuss current topics and latest developments available for everyone. AVIONICS AVENUE In hall A6 the Avionics Avenue informs about flight control and management systems, communications systems, navigation devices, displays, weather radar, and air and ground radar systems of different manufacturers at first glance. Possibilities to experience the avionic equipment by yourself will be given in an avionic test center or learn about new developments in product presentations and workshops!
After a successful start in 2012 engines and propulsion systems will be in the focus of AERO 2013. Whether it be radial engines, hybrid propulsion systems or electric motors, this special exhibition will give its visitors a comprehensive overview of the products available on the market. Moreover, additional topics such as maintenance and engine management will be part of the Engine Area 2013.
Airborne research also plays an important role in general aviation. General aviation aircraft are equipped with sensors and measuring devices and civil UAVs, most commonly known as drones, are used for environmental research and earth observation.
